$100 deposit is due with your application in order to secure your spot. (The deposit is non-refundable)

NOTE: We will only be taking 25 students this year. 

You can make payments 2 ways:

  2.     CHECK:  In the memo of the check please put "Mission Trip" and the name of the person attending the trip. Please make all checks payable to:

Each Participant is required to have a passport. If you do not have one you should go ahead and apply. For those of you who already have one please double check the expiration date.
